Offences on a teacher
Lawyer (Joschi): Ladys and gentleman, plsease stand up the judge is coming in.
Judge (Dima): Thank you, sit down please. We're here to judge if the offender ( Alex A.) guilty that he attacked a teacher with a knife and a weapon. The teacher was threatened with the knife and the students with the handgun.
Prosecuter (Alex G.
): Well, yes, but that really sounds too hard. This was just a fun.
Judge (Dima): We'll see. Mr. Lawyer can you read the offences please.
Lawyer (Joschi): Yes, thank you.
The offender came with your friends in the school; it was a day like an other day, normally. The studend Alex A. brought a knife and an automatic pistol with into the school, although it's forbidden. The day lapsed normally until to the math lesson. The math lesson began after the break, the students went into the classroom and the offender, too. After ten minutes he went behind the teacher and grabs him on his neck with the knife and took out his gun.
He leveled his gun on the students. Fortunately he don't cut the teacher's gorge and didn't shot one of the students. That's why he's sitting in a teen courts.
Judge (Dima): Ok, thank you. Mr. Alekseev, please come in the front of the room and sit down on that chair.

Offender (Alex A.): Yes, it's right.
Judge (Dima): Ok, how old are you?
Offender (Alex A.): I'm 17 years old.
Judge (Dima): Where do you live?
Offender (Alex A.) I live by my parents, Housten Chausses 73.
Judge (Dima): Do you got any sisters or brothers?
Offender (Alex A.): I've got a little brother, he goes in the junior highschool.
Judge (Dima): Ok, and which school do you visit?
Offender (Alex A.): I visit the Manhatten College since one year and I'm still in the hockey team.
Judge (Dima): Okay, and what's about you're parents?
Offender (Alex A.): My parents works both and they married since 30 years.
Judge (Dima): Ok, and what career do you want to go on in you're future?
Offender (Alex A.): I want to become a pilot.
Lawyer (Joschi): You want to become a pilot? Damn, you make jokes!? You go for you're live behind bars.
Prosecuter (Alex G.): What you're talking about? This is not you're serious look at his schoolreport, only A and B's.
Judge (Dima): Yes Mr.
Lawyer, his notes are really good.
Lawyer (Joschi): Maybe, but than I don't understand why he made this crap and his notes don't safe him from a punishment.
Judge (Dima): Well, Alex Alekseev, can you tell us you're version about this situation.
Offender (Alex A.): Well, I dont want to lie, I hate him, he always handle me condescend. He ignores me often.
And he ignores my advices, too! For example, we wrote a math work and he gives me a F although I learned for it, write better than a F and this isn't fair.
Lawyer (Joschi): So? And that's why you threat a teacher and your own class, because you got a F? I cant understand this!
Prosecuter (Alex A.): My client isn't accustomed to get notes which are worse than C's.
Lawyer (Joschi): Come on, what you're talking about?
Judge (Dima): Gentleman, a little bit quieter please. Alex Alekseev, tell me, how did you transport the weapon through the detector's?
Offender (Alex A.): I wont tell you this.
That's my secret.
Judge (Dima): If you don't tell it, you're punishment will be much harder.
Offender(Alex A.) It doesn't matter, I a can't tell it, this is my personality secret.
Judge (Dima): Well, if you don't want to say it, it's you're problem. We can't ask the victim by himself, he cant come today, because his therapist advised against it to attend to the trial.

Lawyer (Joschi): Yes, I talked to a boy who goes in the same class, he's called Tony Salerie, perhaps he can tell us more about this situation.
Judge (Dima): Call the wittness please.
Judge (Dima): Okay Tony, you're not related with the offender?
Wittness (Alex G.):No sir.
Judge (Dima): Tony, please could you tell us what did you see on this day?
Wittness(Alex G): Yes I sat in front of the teacher and I saw everything. We went into the class, I sat and the other too.
Ten minutes after the lessen has begun I see Alex , he go behind the teacher took a knife and a pistol out of his bag. We all were really shocked and afraid. It was like in the middle of a hollywood action movie. No wonder that Alex Alekseev did that. He told often that he hates him and to hurt him.
Lawyer (Joschi): And why did no one of you're class talk to a representative?!
Wittness (Alex G.
): We all thought it was just a bad joke, but it wasn't!
Judge (Dima): And how did it end?
Wittness (Alex G.); He stood behind the teacher and was really nervous and I asked him,:,, Come on Alex, what you're doing? You don't really want this!". He only screamed:,,Shut the fuck up or I shot you!"
I was really shocked, I thought we're best friends! After four hours he couldn't more and gave up. But all the time he asked the teacher why he gave him a F. The teacher only said because he was badly at this work.
Judge (Dima): Do you have any questions?
Lawyer & Prosecuter: No, thanks.
Judge (Dima): Thank you for your statement, sit down there please.^
Judge(Dima): Alex, did you take any kind of drugs the day before?
Offender (Alex A): Yes. . ok . it's right, I took drugs, exactly speed because I was on a party the day before through the night from Sunday to Monday morning and I was really sleepy. That's why I took it.
Prosecuter(Alex G.): Yes, that made my client crazy, he was certifiably insane.
Lawyer(Joschi): Ohhhh good to know that, that will make you're punishment harder.
Prosecuter (Alex G.): I don't think so, do you want to destroy his life?
Judge(Dima): No, that's not what I want, but he will be punished.
Mr. Lawyer, what's your statement for the offence.
Lawyer (Joschi): Hmmm, that's really easy for me.
The offender said he made this, he attacked a teacher because of only one F this is not normal and he misuse the drugs that is not allowed. I think 2 years on probation and write two assay the first us about weapon rules and the second is about misuse drugs.
Judge (Dima): Thank you. Mr. Prosecuter, what's your opinion?
Prosecuter( Alex G.): Well, I think one year on probation and one assay is completely okay.
Judge (Dima): I think was a very stupid action from the offender, he got only one F and think he will wrong threat, he took drugs and felt like rambo. I think two years on probation is too hard, he knows that is was wrong. But the two assays are really ok. I want that you write the two assays in one week. If you wont do that, you will get a really harder punishment.
